Odisha thrashed Himachal Pradesh 8-0 in their last Pool H match here on Friday. With this, she has reached the quarterfinals of the 12th Senior Women’s National Hockey Championship. In the other matches of the day, Kerala beat Telangana 8–0 in Pool H, while Delhi beat Goa 5–1 in Pool G, but both these teams failed to make the last 8. The quarterfinals will be played on Saturday in which Maharashtra will face Jharkhand, Haryana will face Uttar Pradesh, Punjab will face Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh will face Odisha.
