Umashankar Singh, the only BSP MLA from Ballia’s Rasra assembly constituency, will play the role of opposition on all issues of the public from the ruling party while being the leader in the only house of his party. Denying outright the issue of going to BJP or cooperating in power, Umashankar Singh said in a conversation with NDTV that, BSP was not the B team of BJP. After becoming MLA from BSP for the third time from Rasra, Umashankar Singh said that this time I got a tough challenge, while I did a big development of the area in my assembly constituency with my own resources.
