India has shown interest in buying armed drones from America for a long time.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra modi) is going on an official state visit to America on 22 June. Before PM Modi’s state visit to Washington, the Biden administration is pushing for the sale of US-made armed drones. Two people familiar with the matter have told Reuters about this. Along with this, sources said that a discussion is also expected between PM Modi and President Biden on co-production of weapons and ground vehicles.
