UP: Case registered against eight including Nira Radia, president of Nayati Hospital in Mathura

In Mathura, a case has been registered against eight people, including the president of Nayati Medicity, Nira Radia, for negligence in treatment during the corona Pandemic. The police gave this information on Sunday. The victim, a resident of Krishnanagar of Kotwali area, has accused the hospital of not only being negligent in the treatment of her husband, but also not following the guidelines related to Covid completely. According to the complaint, the hospital had discharged her husband from the hospital without informing him, after which he died.

In the case filed on Thursday at Jaint police station, Bhagwati Verma, a D block resident of Krishnanagar, complained that her husband had contracted Covid last year and was admitted to Nayati Hospital on 10 May 2021 for treatment. She said that her husband’s treatment was negligent and COVID-19 related guidelines were violated. The hospital administration is accused of having discharged her husband from the hospital without informing him on 15 May. He told that during the treatment, the hospital fraudulently took more than Rs 1.90 lakh.

Hospital owner Nira Radia, Director Narendra Singh, Dr. Chandan Singh, Dr. Sagar Tuteja, Senior Accounts Officer Sunil, Accounts Officer Balkishan Chaturvedi, Finance Director Yatish Behl, Financial Controller Hemant Jawa etc. Cases have been registered against fraud, dishonesty etc. has been done. Deputy Superintendent of Police (Sadar) Praveen Malik said that the investigation has been started after registering a case on the complaint of the victim.
