Strengthens FDI to the real estate sector of Nuevo León

The Properties.com analysis entitled “Foreign Direct Investment strengthens the Mexican real estate sector” indicates that during the first quarter of 2022, FDI was 5.8 percent higher than the same period of the previous year.

The report also indicates that the real estate sector has a very close relationship with the subject of investment.

The study by Propiedades.com indicates that other entities where the rise in FDI in the first quarter of the year favored their real estate sectors were Mexico City (CDMX) and Jalisco.

“LA CDMX was the entity with the most FDI, capturing 41 percent of the total, during the first quarter of 2022. Thus, in this period, the country’s capital received 7,932.2 million dollars.

Regarding Jalisco, he points out that in the first quarter it was consolidated in the second place of the states with the highest FDI, reaching 1,318 million dollars. This was 106.8 percent more compared to what was received in the same period of the previous year.
