Former Union minister Kumari Selja and Congress national spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi have been made members of the Congress Working Committee. Party’s organization general secretary K.C. According to a statement issued by Venugopal on Thursday, Ajay Kumar Lallu, former president of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee, has been made a special invitee member of the working committee and former Union minister T. Subbarami Reddy as a permanent invitee. Congress President Sonia Gandhi has made these appointments. Selja, considered close to Sonia Gandhi, was the president of the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee till a few weeks ago. Singhvi has been playing the role of spokesperson of Congress for the past several years apart from being a renowned advocate. He is also a Rajya Sabha member.
