Russia brazenly violated UN Charter with needless war in Ukraine: Joe Biden

Russia has shamelessly violated the UN Charter with a brutal and unnecessary war in Ukraine. US President Joe Biden said this during his address to the United Nations General Assembly. Biden on Wednesday took a jibe at Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying the Russian leader “shamelessly violated the UN Charter” when he attacked neighboring Ukraine. He said that Russia has shamelessly violated the basic principles of the UN Charter. The US President said that Russian military forces attacked Ukraine’s schools, railway stations and hospitals. Moscow aims to destroy Ukraine as a nation.
