Rudiger, very close to getting to Real Madrid for free

As reported by the Spanish media Goal, Antonio Rudiger is getting closer and closer to being the new Real Madrid center-back for the 2022/2023 season and also, as in the case of David Alaba, Rudiger would arrive at the Santiago Bernabéu for free after finalizing his contract with Chelsea.

Rumors about the possible arrival of the 28-year-old German center-back in the capital of Spain have been around for a long time in both the national and international media, but the possibilities continue to increase considering that Chelsea is not managing to renew the defender. The negotiations are there, but they do not come to fruition.

Real Madrid is attentive to the future of Rudiger, who wants as a base salary, according to Goal, about 12 million euros. That is the main problem right now since the team chaired by Florentino Pérez does not want such a high record for a player who, logically, is not going to be the star of the team but a footballer of the middle class of the Madrid team.

Chelsea will try to negotiate the renewal with their player although they know that teams like Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are on the prowl.
