Robberies in AICM from people who use exchange houses
On August 19, 35-year-old Kethan Sha, originally from India, was traveling in a car accompanied by another person after leaving an exchange house located at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM), where he changed 10 thousand dollars.
Around 11:30 a.m., he was intercepted by four men aboard two motorcycles on Viaducto, in the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office. The subjects tried to take the money from him, but the citizen did not understand the demands, which caused a violent reaction from an assailant who shot him up to 11 times.
Those responsible were arrested and confessed to belonging to a criminal association dedicated to theft of account holders and users of exchange houses that operates as follows:
- They select the victims. A team made up of two people: a man and a woman who work in monitoring exchange houses located between doors 2 and 7 of the AICM. They are responsible for reporting data on people who exchange cash in significant amounts.
- choppers. Two or three people are in charge of locating the victims with the description provided by telephone. They follow up and identify the vehicle from the time they board it until the exit from the AICM.
- Collectors. Six to eight people use motorcycles and two vehicles. With the data provided by the picadors, they follow the victims outside the AICM and then strip them of their belongings. The leader of this group is in charge of supervising the execution of the assault and also participates.
- Coolers. They are in charge of protecting the vehicles and motorcycles with which the crimes are committed.
Rocío Esmeralda “N”, Kevin Gabriel “N” and Josué Elías “N” were identified as part of this criminal group and have already been arrested. His gang carried out criminal operations in various homes in both Mexico City and the State of Mexico.
Cases of judges who favor alleged criminals

- José Jesús Rodríguez Hernández. Control judge in Guanajuato, he exonerated a recycling company of various materials from the obligation to pay more than 1.5 billion pesos to the detriment of the Public Treasury. - Beatriz Eugenia Álvarez Rodríguez. Control judge in Aguascalientes, in her resolutions she has reduced prison sentences previously accepted by the accused. She also supported partial criteria that benefited four alleged perpetrators of the forced disappearance of José Francisco “N”, a garbage collector arrested in December 2018 by the escort of the then governor of Aguascalientes, Martín Orozco.
- Soyla Rosa Cárdenas Bahena. Control judge of Hidalgo. She disqualifies the work of the police and argues that they make unjustified arrests and with repetitive mechanics. He described as illegal the detention of a person who, with a false credential, requested a loan from the ISSSTE.

López Obrador announced this Monday that he already signed the decree which establishes the guidelines for the National Fund for the Promotion of Tourism (Fonatur) to deliver the Tren Maya project to the company of the same name in charge of the Secretary of National Defense (Sedena).
The Mexican president said that he ordered that this work pass into the hands of the Sedena so that it can be protect the investment and avoid the “temptation” to deliver the project to individuals.
There is already a decree, delivery has already been formalized of the company managed by Fonatur for the construction of the 1,554 kilometers of tracks, the acquisition of trains, stations, garages, workshops, everything that is the Mayan Train”, he pointed out.
In this context, the head of the Executive confirmed that Javier May Rodríguez will leave the management of Fonatur to seek the Morena’s candidacy for governor of Tabasco.
“Javier May has been helping us a lot, I have known him for many years, he is a man with principles and ideals, he is my countryman. is going to resign”he reported.
“Javier closes a cycle, is going to return to TabascoHe is thinking (of the governorship) and he has the right – like others – because here there is no big finger, the people decide, but I do want to thank him for all his support, “he added.
After the departure of May Rodríguez, the new manager of the Mayan Train will be General Óscar David Lozano Águila.
“General Óscar David Lozano Águila is going to be the general director of the majority state-owned company Tren Maya, he has been working, but now will do it formally by decision of the Secretary of Defense, Luis Cresencio Sandoval,” he explained.
He also announced that he would attend the sixth and last Government Report Alfredo del Mazo, Governor of the State of Mexico.

Likewise, he confirmed that the next Friday September 15 will inaugurate the first section of the Mexico-Toluca Interurban Train in the company of Alfredo del Mazo and the governor-elect Delfina Gómez.
The first section includes the stations: zinacantepec, Pino Suarez, Technological and Lerma.
The Interurban Train was announced on December 1, 2012 by former president Enrique Peña Nieto. He July 7, 2014 The work formally began.
According to the original program presented, the project was planned to be completed before 2017however, was delayed indefinitely.
The project was resumed by the López Obrador administration and according to what was promised, it will fully operate in 2024.
