Celebrity nutritionist Rijuta Diwekar believes that we have limited the movements of our body so much that the body’s flexibility has become very less. Sitting for a long time has a very bad effect on bones and muscles. Some exercises can be done to reduce this effect, for which just a few minutes is enough. These stretching exercises can be done at any time of the day as per your convenience.

Exercise – 1

You do not even need to sit on the ground to do this exercise. This exercise can be done while working while sitting on the chair whenever there is time. For this, you sit on the back of the chair, now lift both your legs together and raise them upwards, bend the knees and keep the claws open.

Exercise-2

While sitting in the first position, sit comfortably on the chair in a comfortable position. Now bring both your legs together and slowly raise them upwards as much as possible. Keeping the legs straight, raise them up in the direction of the sky. This will stretch the legs and you will feel relief from the pain.

Exercise – 3

Sit on the far side of the chair. Now keep both the feet close to each other and keep them on the ground. Take both the hands backwards and hold the upper part of the chair. Now pull your torso forward and look towards the front.
