A young man has committed suicide by hanging himself in Thatch village of Brau police station area of Kullu district adjoining Rampur Bushahr. Police has registered the case and started investigation. According to the information received from the police, Jeevan Chauhan, deputy head of Sargha panchayat, informed at Brau police station that a person had died in Thaach village. As soon as the information was received, ASI Ramesh Chand along with his team reached the spot and inspected the spot. The body was taken to Nirmand Hospital for post-mortem, where post-mortem revealed that the deceased died due to hanging. The deceased has been identified as Mahendra S/o Shyam Lal Village Thach Post Office Khargha Tehsil Nirmand. DSP Ani Ravindra Negi has confirmed the matter.
