PM Modi meets women boxers

New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday met India’s new world champion women’s boxer Nikhat Zareen and her teammates Manisha Maun and Parveen Hooda, who won bronze medals at the recent competition in Istanbul. Modi said, “It was a pleasure to meet boxers Nikhat Zareen, Manisha Maun and Parveen Hooda. We had a great conversation on his life’s journey which included his passion for sports and life beyond that. Wish them all the best for the future. Nikhat, sharing the photo taken with him after meeting with the Prime Minister, tweeted, ‘It is an honor to meet Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi sir.
