Rahul Gandhi targets PM Modi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the issue of unemployment, alleging that over 45 crore people have lost hope of getting jobs due to his “masterstroke”. He claimed that PM Modi is the “first such prime minister” in 75 years to do so. Rahul Gandhi tweeted that the new slogan of New India, Har-Ghar Berojgari, Ghar-Ghar Berojgari. Modi ji is the first Prime Minister of the country in 75 years, whose ‘Masterstrokes’ have left more than 450 million people hopeful of getting a job.

He also cited a news report which claimed that 2.1 crore jobs were lost in the last five years and 45 crore people had lost their job prospects.
