In an Instagram post, the nutritionist shares some facts about ketchup that will make you less likely to find ketchup the next time you open a pack of fries. According to them, the amount of sugar in ketchup is high. One tablespoon of ketchup can have 7 percent or more of your daily sugar needs. Yes, that is the reason why it tastes so sweet.

Salt comes second. Nutritionists say that salt is also high in ketchup. It should be noted that cheeses with a lot of salt are associated with an increased risk of high blood pressure.

Last month, Lavneet Batra made a list of some foods that can be effective in fighting seasonal infections. He shared that sprouted moongs are rich in magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin K and manganese and help improve the body’s defense against diseases.
