Under this scheme, the consumer will have to upload the receipt of purchase of goods on the portal. Under this, consumers will get rewards through draw of lots from the corpus fund of Rs 30 crore. He was speaking at the GST Day-2023 program jointly organized by Panchkula Zone of Central GST and Excise and Taxation Department, Haryana on the occasion of sixth anniversary of implementation of Goods and Service Tax (GST) at Apparel House, Sector-44. .
Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala, who also holds the Excise and Taxation Department, said that in the year 2017, when GST was implemented in the country from July 1 to simplify the tax system with the idea of ​​One Nation-One Tax, at that time he was Was a member and on the occasion of the sixth anniversary, he has the charge of Excise and Taxation Department of Haryana. He said that GST is proving to be the best system in simplifying the country’s tax system and ending the Inspector Raj. Due to this, the tax burden on the citizens was reduced and the facilities of the industrial world also increased due to the simple system. In the coming days, this system will be further improved with the help of the officials, industry representatives and consumers.
He said that Asia’s largest seven-storey logistics hub of Flipkart company is being set up at Patli Hajipur in Gurgaon. Aditya Birla Group is also going to set up a big paint company in Panipat. Haryana’s Principal Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department, Devendra Singh Kalyan said that GST, implemented with the objective of One Nation-One Tax, is paving the way to make the country self-sufficient in the field of tax.
