Modi spoke to Asian Games medalists, launch campaign against drug addiction – dainiktribuneonline.com

New Delhi (Agency): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday met the Indian players of the Asian Games and honored them. The Prime Minister urged the players to launch a campaign against drug addiction across the country and tell the youth about the importance of sports. He said, ‘Make it your mission to educate the youth about the harmful effects of drugs.’ He said that next time the Indian players will perform even better. Modi said, ‘125 players were part of the Khelo India program in these Asian Games and they won 40 medals. This shows that Khelo India is moving in the right direction.
