Decisions such as compensation for crops damaged due to natural calamities, old age pension, loan waiver of farmers, donation of Rs 5100 in the marriage of poor daughters and three percent sports quota in police department in recruitment of government jobs were initiated by Chow Devi Lal.
Abhay said, at the Samman Diwas rally held on September 25 last year, it was Omprakash Chautala who entrusted the responsibility of the alliance against the BJP coalition government at the Center to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. That is, today the alliance – India has been formed, the foundation of which was laid by Omprakash Chautala. On a question, Abhay said that apart from Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav, Farooq Abdullah, Rajya Sabha MP of Mamata Banerjee’s party Deepak Mirren, former CM Uddhav Thackeray have given consent to attend the rally in Kaithal. In the rally, Omprakash Chautala will also announce the promises that will be fulfilled if INLD comes to power. On the question asked on the factionalism of the Congress, the INLD leader said that the Congress leaders are not fighting for the public but for their own selfishness and personal supremacy. When it comes to the role of the opposition, we maintain silence. Congress should take strict action against him and throw him out of the party. Demanding immediate dismissal from the cabinet of Minister of State Sandeep Singh, accused of sexual harassment of a female coach, Abhay said that the charge sheet of Chandigarh Police has made it clear that Sandeep Singh did not maintain the dignity of his post. He said that the Chief Minister kept saying repeatedly in the Assembly that Sandeep Singh will not be removed, will not be removed, but the public will remove BJP from power.
