Major General Dinesh Hooda in the Indian Army reached Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai, Sonepat on Tuesday and shared his experiences with the students there. He also inspired the students of the school to serve in the army. Dinesh Hooda, originally from Kiloi village of Rohtak, is a passout of Rai Sports School. Recalling his days in school during the year 1985, he visited hostels, class rooms as well as sports grounds. On this occasion, Colonel Ashok Mor, School Principal and Director welcomed him. In January 1985, Dinesh Hooda joined the National Defense Academy. After completing his commission in 1988, he joined the Punjab Regiment.
During the interaction with the students of the school, he also answered questions related to the Indian Army. He made the students aware about the army and called upon them to prepare for joining the forces. After this, he came to see the ongoing National Kabaddi Games in the school and encouraged the players.
