Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has said that the BJP is filing false complaints to stop work in the healthcare sector after Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor allowed a probe into allegations of corruption in construction of hospitals. “We are a very honest party, such tactics are being adopted to intimidate us and create obstacles in our work,” he said.
Sisodia said former Lt Governor Anil Baijal had rejected BJP leader Manoj Tiwari’s complaint, but the new Lt Governor has approved the ACB probe.
