On Sunday morning, a car driver overtook a truck from the wrong side and hit two motorcyclists on Kaithal Cheeka Road. SSA of Electricity Board Kangthali died and his wife was injured in a car collision. The police have registered a case of culpable homicide against the car driver. After being hit by the car, his brother Dinesh and sister-in-law Sonia fell on the road. When he inquired the name and address of the driver, he gave his name as Jitendra Kumar, son of Harish Kumar, resident of ward no. Told 7 Railway Colony Gohana District Sonipat. After this, he arranged for an ambulance and took his brother Dinesh and sister-in-law Sonia to the government hospital in Guhla. Where doctors declared his brother Dinesh dead. His sister-in-law Sonia has been referred to Patiala in injured condition. Cheeka police station head constable Shivkumar said that a case has been registered against the car driver.
