A 30-year-old youth has died after he collided with a sliding boat at a water amusement park in Jharkhand’s East Singhbhum district. The police informed about this. A police officer said on Wednesday that Johnny was just about to land in Kuwait water when a ride’s sliding boat hit him in the head on Tuesday. The injured man was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital in Galudih, from where the doctors sent him to Ghatshila Sadar Hospital, where he was declared brought dead, said sub-divisional police officer (Ghatshila) Kuldeep Toppo. Kuwait was a resident of Bagunhatu area of Jamshedpur and went to the water park with his friends. The SDPO said that the water park at Galudih was overcrowded and there was no arrangement to deal with the crowd. Meanwhile, Sub-Divisional Officer (Ghatshila) Satveer Rajak said that the water park has been sealed after the incident. He said that the investigation into the incident has been started. “We have taken the manager of the water park into custody for questioning,” the SDO said. Rajak told that the water park authorities could not even show valid documents to run it.
