iOS 17: Apple revealed which iPhone models will be compatible with the new operating system

The brand new software adds improvements to the Phone and Facetime apps, among many others. Since when can it be installed?

The phone app you are getting Contact Poster which gives a new way to customize your incoming call screens with different typefaces and font colors. Then there’s Live Voicemail which allows you to see the transcript in real time when someone leaves a voicemail.

Messages is getting support for Live Stickers which allows you to create by picking up photo subjects and adding effects to them.

One of the most important novelties is Check-In, which will notify a family member or friend if you arrive at your destination safely. If you are not making progress, information such as the device’s location, battery level, and cellular service status will be temporarily shared with the selected contact.

Besides, Facetime It will allow you to leave audio and video messages to someone when you cannot answer the call.

In addition, the contact number can be shared without the need to write the contact of the other person. With NameDropApple will allow easy sharing of contact information simply by linking users’ iPhones or by pairing an iPhone and an Apple Watch.

Apple will also release a new app called Journal on your iPhones that will make it possible to reflect and practice gratitude through the diary. The app is said to generate suggestions from your recent activity with photos, people, places, workouts, and more to help with your journal entries.
