Singapore, March 29 (agency)A 33-year-old doctor has been suspended in Singapore for injecting saline (salt water) instead of an anti-Covid-19 vaccine and sharing false information. It was reported that the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) has suspended the registration of Gipson Kwah as a physician till the disciplinary proceedings are completed. In court, Kwah, a member of the anti-coronavirus vaccination platform ‘Healing the Divide’, was charged with defrauding the health ministry by submitting false vaccination data. The committee ruled that Kwah’s suspension was ‘necessary for the safety of the public and the public interest’. Earlier, Kwah was arrested on January 21 along with his accomplices Thomw Chua and Iris Koh. He was later granted bail at 20,000 Singapore Dollars.
