Aarti Rao, daughter of BJP candidate from Gurgaon Lok Sabha constituency Rao Inderjit Singh and state BJP executive member, made the villagers emotional in the meetings organized in villages like Kalaka, Gurdas Majra etc. of Rewari assembly constituency during her election tour on Sunday. She said that she has come among her family today. Therefore, she has come not to vote but to demand the rights for the development work done by her father in this area. The villagers welcomed him warmly by gifting him a sword and mace.
Aarti Rao said that her father has been in politics for the last 45 years and every person in Southern Haryana knows that he has never been accused of corruption in his long political career. His father’s dream is that with the huge support the public sends him to the Lok Sabha, in the same way he should also take care of their needs. He has done development works in rural areas at a cost of crores of rupees. That’s why we are asking for votes in the name of development. Rewari-Narnaul Road, built at a cost of Rs 2700 crore, has today become the pride of this region. Almost 90 percent of the work on Rewari-Pataudi National Highway has been completed. Regarding the Congress candidate, he said that the people of this area will have to see the difference between themselves and strangers.
