This ghee is made using A2 milk, which contains only A2 beta casein, which is a type of protein. This protein is found in the milk of Indian cow breeds and other animals like Indian buffalo, goat, sheep and camel. On the other hand, A1 cow ghee is made from A1 beta-casein or both A1 and A2 beta-casein milk.
