Haryana’s total 101 medals including 36 gold

In the Khelo India Youth Games-2021, Haryana continues to top the medal tally with the highest number of gold medals. Friday was also a golden day for Haryana when players won gold medals in hockey and judo. In the Khelo India Youth Games-2021, Haryana has scored a century of medals, due to which it remains at number one in the medal tally. Today, along with winning gold medals in various competitions, till the evening, Haryana has got 100 medals including 36 gold medals, including 28 silver and 36 bronze medals.

Haryana and Orissa girls’ hockey final match was played between Haryana and Orissa at Tau Devi Lal Sports Complex in Panchkula today, in which Haryana girls won the gold medal by registering a one-sided victory by defeating Orissa 4-1. At the beginning of the first quarter of the match, the player of Haryana’s team scored the first goal and then scored another goal to take the lead in the match with two goals. When 35 seconds were left for the end of the third quarter, the Orissa player made the match thrilling by scoring a goal. In the fourth quarter, Haryana made the match one-sided by scoring two more goals and eventually won the gold medal by defeating Orissa.

Haryana’s name in Judo also Gold: Anil of Haryana won the gold medal by defeating Himanshu of Chhattisgarh in the 55 kg weight category match of Judo being held at Redbishop’s Hall, Panchkula on Friday. Similarly, in the girls’ judo event in 44 kg weight category, Haryana’s Simran secured silver medal.

Gold in Hockey too: Haryana today won the gold medal in the girls’ hockey match at the Khelo India Youth Games. Haryana hockey players registered a stunning 4-1 win over Odisha team today. After winning the gold, when the Haryana hockey team captain Sonam said that we did not want to let the gold go out of the state at any cost.

Harsh won gold in swimming: Haryana’s Harsh Saroha won the gold medal in the swimming competition at War Heroes Memorial Stadium in Ambala and added another gold medal to the state’s bag. It is noteworthy that Harsh Saroha has also won a gold medal in another swimming competition during the Khelo India Youth Game 2021.
