Gold to the descendant of world boxing Sonipat

New Delhi (Agency): Indian boxers Vishwanath Suresh, Vansaj and Devika Ghorpade produced impressive performances to win gold medals at the ongoing IBA Youth Men’s and Women’s World Boxing Championships in La Nucia, Spain. Vishwanath gave India its first gold medal. Pune’s Devika beat Lauren Mackey of England to add another gold medal to India’s account. The Sonepat native bagged the third gold medal for India. India topped the list with 11 medals.
