GoField MLA Both Malayalees with passion. Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Vasco da Gama constituency Adv. Sunil Lauren and Gireesh Pillai, an independent candidate from Korthalim constituency, are out to have a look.
Sunil Lauren, a family member of Ambalappara Thottam, Thiruvambadi, Kozhikode, is contesting for the Aam Aadmi Party for the second time. The late Adv. T.T. Son of Sreedharan and Loretta D’Souza. He is a lawyer in Goa. Sunil told Mathrubhumi that the Aam Aadmi Party has been able to win the trust of the people in the state and therefore has good hopes of winning this time.
Gireesh Pillai, a native of Vennikulam, Mavelikkara, is accompanying his election symbol Autorickshaw. He has been a well-known public figure in his constituency of Korthalim for many years. At the height of that public service, the natives made him a sarpanch in Sankol (Gram Panchayat President). Sarpanch, who has been in office for five years, has resigned and is now running as an independent.
It highlights the development work done in the village where he runs a real estate business in Goa. He also released a special manifesto detailing the development and the 40 development activities to be carried out in the Korthalim constituency.
