Near the closing time of the polls, attendance is already close to the numbers of the PASO
The provincial government hoped that attendance would exceed the meager turnout of voters that occurred in the provincial and national PASOs, where 62 percent of voters came to vote. According to official data released by the ruling party, one hour after the schools closed, the attendance figure reached 61 percent.
Throughout the day the attendance data was positive. Until 1 p.m., when movement in schools traditionally decreases due to the sacred hour of the siesta, 34.43 percent of the voters had come to vote, almost 13 points more than in the PASO, when the figure was 21, 32 for noon. Later, at 3:30 p.m., that figure had exceeded 50% of the register.
