Tuesday afternoon at about 1:35Mild tremors were felt in Haryana-Punjab, Himachal, Chandigarh, Delhi NCR. As soon as the earthquake struck, people came out of their houses.
Tremors were felt in parts of north India, including Punjab and Haryana, after a 5.4-magnitude earthquake struck the eastern Kashmir region on Tuesday, the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said. EMSC said the quake had a depth of 60 km (37.28 miles). and the epicenter of the earthquake was 99 km north of Pathankot in northern India.
