Covid vaccination will be mandatory in Rajasthan, public discipline curfew at night

Expressing concern over the rapid increase in the cases of corona virus infection, the Rajasthan government has decided to make vaccination mandatory. Under this decision of the state government, the vaccine will be mandatory for all eligible people in Rajasthan till January 31, 2022. After this date, those who have not received both doses of the vaccine will not be allowed to go to public places. At the same time, effective compliance of public discipline curfew will be ensured in the state from 11 pm to 5 am.

In a meeting of the State Council of Ministers chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Wednesday at the Chief Minister’s residence, concern was expressed over the rapid spread of the Omicron form of the corona virus. According to the guidelines of the Government of India, the Council of Ministers has agreed to impose necessary restrictions to prevent infection and save life in the state.

At the same time, the state home department later issued guidelines in this regard. According to the government statement, the emphasis has been on strict adherence to curfew, strict adherence to other protocols including the mandatory of masks.

Chief Minister Gehlot said in the meeting that along with saving the lives of the people, keeping the livelihood smooth is our top priority. Keeping in mind to earn a living, the State Council of Ministers has emphasized on the observance of public discipline with minimum restrictions for the time being.

According to the decisions taken in the Council of Ministers, all the academic and non-educational staff of the university/college/school/coaching institute, students above the age of 18 years and the driver of bus, auto and cab operated for institute traffic, both doses of vaccine are mandatory. will have to be put in place.

All cinema halls/theatres/multiplexes in the state will remain open till 10 pm for fully immunized adults. A maximum of 200 persons will be allowed to participate in all kinds of crowded public, social, political, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural and religious functions/festivals/wedding ceremonies.

The operation of city / mini buses will be from 5 in the morning to 11 in the night. Restaurants will be allowed home delivery facility 24 hours a day.
