COVID vaccination in Mexico: 364,927 new doses are applied; add up to 184.2 million

Mexico applied 364 thousand 927 new doses of vaccines against the coronavirus, so the total amounted to 184 million 272 thousand 842 inoculationsreported this Wednesday the Ministry of Health.

Through a statement, the agency specified that they add 85 million 359 thousand 340 vaccinated people. Of that total, 79 million 199 thousand 42 have received complete schemes (two doses or one, as is the case with the Cansino vaccine). He indicated that 90 percent of the population aged 18 and over have received at least one dose in the country.

In the case of minors, between 14 and 17 years old, the agency reported a total of 4 million 740 thousand 041 inoculationswhich represents coverage of 53 percent of the total estimated by health authorities in this age group.

According to the document, the country has received 224 million 324 thousand 035 doses from Pfizer, AstraZeneca, SinoVac, “Sputnik V”, Cansino, Moderna and Janssen (from Johnson & Johnson).
