Rahul Gandhi takes a dig at allegations of ‘blaming the states’ on rising oil prices
New Delhi :
In recent days, there has been a steady increase in the prices of petrol, diesel and CNG. The opposition parties have been continuously surrounding the central government regarding this. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has once again targeted the Center on this issue. He has taunted that the state is blamed for rising fuel prices, while 68% of all fuel taxes are collected by the Centre. At the same time, the central government has been accusing the states ruled by the opposition that these states are not reducing VAT on petrol and diesel.
