This isn’t the first time Kayla Itsines has shared a workout for perfectly sculpted abs. A look at his Instagram timeline reveals that he has shared several ab workouts with his fans from time to time.

In September, Kayla shared some high intensity interval training exercises (HIIT) that can be done at home. He told his fans that getting a good workout doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the gym, adding that his training program “mixes together a fast high-intensity interval training exercise format with a strong focus on your core and abs”. In another Instagram post in August, she shared a video of her doing a workout to burn off stubborn belly fat. In his own words, the workout was “definitely not easy” but more of a challenge.
