‘Book Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery’ released

New Delhi, May 11 (Agency)Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday said even Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s detractors seem to agree that his emergence in Indian politics is a “wonderful event”. He said that the way the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi took the freedom movement from the hands of the elite and gave it the form of a mass movement, similarly Modi has converted the development works into a mass movement. The Vice President also said that Modi effectively used his valuable skills as the Chief Minister of Gujarat to write the story of his state’s development, and later after becoming the Prime Minister of the country, he gave it momentum. After releasing the book ‘Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery’ at a function held at Vigyan Bhawan here, Naidu said Modi’s vision, his dreams and his mission on India got a dimension from his extensive travels and insights. The Vice President said that despite demonetisation, he wins elections because of his communication skills and people also repose faith in him.

A book depicting 20 years of political life

The book chronicles Prime Minister Modi’s political career over the past 20 years, from his tenure as the Chief Minister of Gujarat to becoming the Prime Minister of India. It has been compiled by eminent intellectuals and personalities from industry and politics. The book is edited and compiled by Bluecraft Digital Foundation.
