Beijing 2022 Olympics: Nastasia Noens in the running in slalom, Julia Pereira and Chloé Trespeuch in search of a second medal in snowboarding

Welcome to this live dedicated to the XXIVare 2022 Winter Olympics, which take place in Beijing.

What is it about ? From the fifth official day of competition, with the first run of the women’s slalom to start the day followed by the qualifications in snowboard cross (F) from 4 a.m. pending halfpipe (H), Nordic combined, the 10km in cross-country skiing or even speed skating (short-track 1500m M, short-track 1000m F)

What will we follow? At the age of 33, Nastasia Noens is competing in her last Games on the slalom track. Chloé Trespeuch and Julia Pereira de Sousa Mabileau, the youngest French medalist in history at the Winter Olympics (she was 16 in Pyeongchang when she won silver in 2018) participate in the snowboard snowcross qualifications, accompanied by Manon Petit-Lenoir, Alexia Queyrel (4 hours). Snowboard again but halfpipe this time with Liam Tourki, the only French chance in this discipline (5:30 am). Five French people will start from the top of the normal springboard for the Nordic combined from 9 am. We will also find Sébastien Lepape and Quentin Fercoq in the quarter-finals of the 1,500m short-track as well as Gwendoline Daudet and Tifany Huot-Marchand in the 1,000m heats.
