Haryana government on Monday made major changes in the jail department. Appointment and transfer orders of Jail Superintendents of eight jails have been issued. Gurugram Jail Superintendent Harendra Singh has now been replaced as Faridabad Jail Superintendent.
Similarly, Jail Superintendent of Bhiwani Sewa Singh has been changed from here and sent as Jail Superintendent of Jhajjar.
Sirsa Jail Superintendent back in charge: Hisar Central Jail. The government has taken back the charge of Sirsa Jail Superintendent from Jail Superintendent Deepak Sharma. Till now Deepak Sharma had the charge of both the jails. Kaithal Jail Superintendent Sanjay Bangar has been appointed Jail Superintendent of Mahendragarh (Narnaul) by the government.
The government has now sent Faridabad Jail Superintendent Satvindra Kumar as Superintendent of Central Jail Ambala. Jail Superintendent of Mahendragarh (Narnaul) Ashok Kumar will now be the new Superintendent of Kaithal Jail. Jail Superintendent of Central Jail Ambala Sanjeev Patad has been appointed by the Government as Jail Superintendent of Sirsa. On the other hand, Jail Superintendent of Jhajjar Surendra Singh Dalal has been made Jail Superintendent of Bhiwani in place of Sewa Singh.
Appointment order of Superintendent Sunil Sangwan not available yet
The appointment orders of Jail Superintendent Sunil Sangwan have not yet been issued. It is said that due to some reasons his appointment is pending. While being the Jail Superintendent of Rohtak, the government first appointed him as RTA Secretary in Jhajjar and then in Palwal. After Palwal, he was RATA secretary in Bhiwani. After being relieved from the Transport Department, he has submitted his joining report at the headquarters.
